These terms form an agreement between you and Naratour d.o.o., Kurirski pit 26, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia (“we”, “us”), the operator of AI Code Bootcamp. By using this website, subscribing to our newsletter or buying a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms, or any policy or guideline of AI Code Bootcamp, at any time and in our sole discretion. We will alert you about any changes by updating the 'Last updated' date of these Terms and Conditions and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the AI Code Bootcamp after the date such revised Terms are posted.
4. Governing law
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the Municipal Civil Court located in Zagreb. A consumer in the European Union may, however, always institute proceedings before the competent court of his domicile.
